AVÑо¿Ëù – UnitedHealthcare Compass Plan Status

As of May 1, 2026, AVÑо¿Ëù (AVÑо¿Ëù) is no longer in-network with UnitedHealthcare Compass plans. This applies to all AVÑо¿Ëù physicians, including both primary care providers and specialists.

Patients currently undergoing active treatment—such as those in the midst of a course of care, pregnancy, or other ongoing clinical management—may be eligible for continuity of care. This provision may allow them to continue seeing their AVÑо¿Ëù provider for a limited period at in-network benefit levels; however, eligibility is determined by the health plan and requires prior authorization from UnitedHealthcare.

While AVÑо¿Ëù is out-of-network for UnitedHealthcare Compass plans, AVÑо¿Ëù physicians do participate in other Marketplace plans, including Anthem HealthPlus, EmblemHealth, Fidelis Care, Healthfirst, and Molina/Affinity. Patients should note that participation may vary by individual provider.

For UnitedHealthcare Compass members, both professional (physician) services for AVÑо¿Ëù and hospital services at New York Presbyterian are considered out-of-network for non-emergency care. Exceptions may apply only if a continuity of care request is submitted and approved by UnitedHealthcare.
