On the day of your appointment, please bring the following:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment and check in at the front desk. Our staff will verify your insurance information and collect any payment (i.e. copay).
Once in the exam room, our clinical technicians will take your vitals, including blood pressure and weight, and review your current medications.
Your doctor will evaluate your medical history, conduct a physical exam, analyze prior test results, and make any needed referrals (i.e. EKG). Our excellent team of clinicians and staff will ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible.听
Our doctors accept most insurance plans. Our staff are experienced in this process and will be able to assist you with any questions on coverage and payment.听
