Personal Statement

My philosophy as an oncologist is rooted in the "human quality" of medicine—the understanding that treating a patient requires more than clinical expertise; it demands compassion, clear communication, and mutual trust.

I am passionate about leading dynamic clinical teams that deliver excellence by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge research into daily practice. I believe the most effective care is multidisciplinary and deeply holistic, addressing not just the lymphoma, but the person living with it. My clinical practice is specifically dedicated to the complexities of caring for older patients, where I prioritize a balanced, risk-adapted approach that mitigates comorbidities and maximizes quality of life. My ultimate goal is to provide treatments that maximize therapeutic effectiveness while honoring the unique needs, dignity, and well-being of every individual we serve.
