Biographical Info

Jeanyoung Kim, MD is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology at AVÑо¿Ëù. She earned her undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Kim completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of California, Davis, followed by Dermatology residency at Drexel University College of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Kim is dual-board-certified in Internal Medicine and Dermatology and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Kim’s research focuses on biomarker discovery with a particular emphasis on developing biorepositories to advance translational dermatologic research. She is the Principal Investigator of DREAM BIG (Dermatology’s Role in Examining Ailments in Medicine using Biospecimens, Imaging, and Genomics), a collaboration between the Englander Institute for Precision Medicine and the Israel Englander Department of Dermatology. Her research has been supported by the NIH-funded Weill Cornell Clinical and Translational Science Center (CTSC), and she was selected as the AVÑо¿Ëù Clinique Clinical Scholar in Dermatology for her contributions to investigative dermatology. Dr. Kim is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology at AVÑо¿Ëù.
